About Me
Bio.
I am a product leader and applied data scientist who cares most about the moment where product and business meet — pricing, packaging, and the growth motions that turn a good product into a durable one.
My path started in consulting, where I learned to walk into ambiguous, high-stakes problems and make them legible. From there I moved closer to the product itself, leading teams across SaaS, TravelTech, EdTech, and, more recently, AI.
Over fifteen years I have repriced stalled products around value, doubled product-led conversion on a platform processing billions in annual volume, and built product organizations from a handful of people into teams that ship predictably against a prioritized roadmap.
The thread through all of it is the same: bring clarity where there is chaos. I believe pricing is a product, that activation is where growth is won or lost, and that every roadmap bet deserves a thesis and a number.
I write a blog on explaining AI & Data Science concepts for everyone in my newsletter, Allen the Details, and I keep my frameworks in the open in the Toolbox. If any of it is useful to you, that is the point.
